On Saturday, May 18, students from DeSales University graduated with bachelor's and master's degrees during the University's 55th Commencement ceremony at the PPL Center in Allentown, Pa.

DeSales University Students are members of the cast or crew of the Act 1 production of "Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella."

DeSales University students are invoived with the University's Emerging Choreographers Concert presented by Act 1 from November 3 until November 5 in the Schubert Theatre of the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts. The Emerging Choreographers Concert is a program of new dances choreographed by a select group of student choreographers. Under the artistic direction of Julia Mayo, associate professor and chair of the dance department, the Concert, from the choreographers to the performers, designers, and student managers, is primarily student-run.

DeSales University theatre students are part of the cast and crew of the school's production of Lynn Nottage's "Initmate Apparel."

Current DeSales University students and recent alumni are taking part in the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival's production of "James and the Giant Peach" from July 7 to August 5.

DeSales University conferred degrees upon 429 graduate and undergraduate students on Saturday, May 20, at the PPL Center in Allentown, PA

DeSales University students are in the cast and on the crew in the school's Act 1 production of "The Hunchback of Notre Dame." The show runs from April 26 until May 7.

Twelve short films were shown at the DeSales University Film Festival and awards in seven categories were distributed. The photography winner was also announced.

DeSales students serve on the administrative committee for the DeSales University Film Festival, premiering on Saturday, March 25, at 8:00 p.m. in person at the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts and with the films streaming online at the same time.

DeSales University students participate in the DeSales University Dance Ensemble Concert, as part of the school's year-long 40th anniversary celebration of the dance program. The Concert opens on March 17 in the Main Stage Theatre of the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts.

DeSales University students perform in and are part of the technical crew for the Act 1 DeSales University Theatre premiere of A Civil War Christmas: An American Musical Celebration. The play opens on Wednesday, November 30, and runs until Sunday, December 11, on the Main Stage of the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts.

Six DeSales University students will lead a crew and direct or co-direct a short film as part of the University's 72-Hour Film Challenge. . Writing, shooting, and editing must be completed within a 72-hour window starting Thursday, November 18, and ending Sunday, November 20. Final films will be streamed on Monday, November 21, at 8:00 p.m.
